Cooked karambwan detail

Cooked karambwan is a food that is obtained when a Raw karambwan is cooked thoroughly. Cooking requires 30 Cooking, granting 190 Cooking experience and turning the raw karambwan into a cooked karambwan. However, in order to thoroughly cook it, a player must complete Tai Bwo Wannai Trio and talk to Tinsay in his hut to learn how. Otherwise, players can only cook it into poison karambwan. Because of the low cooking level needed and high experience given (slightly lower than cooking sharks), some lower level cooks may find karambwans to be an effective training method. It is also technically possible to cook karambwans in only one game tick (where normal food takes four), making it extremely fast cooking XP, up to 900k/hr, although this requires consistently fast mouse movement, accurate clicks and good timing.

When in conjunction with sharks or high healing foods, there is a higher healing potential due to the lack of a delay in game ticks.

Karambwan is a fairly uncommon food due to its odd cooking procedure. While being unusual, it is a relatively high healing food, healing 18 hitpoints, which is only 2 less than the amount sharks heal, and it can be cooked at level 30, while sharks can only be cooked at level 80 or higher.

It is not used commonly to train combat with, but it is a common food to use while player killing or killing bosses such as Zulrah because of the lack of delay in game ticks while eating it.
