Elemental Obelisks can be used to charge unpowered orbs into elemental orbs which may then be attached to a plain battlestaff to make Fire, Water, Earth or Air Battlestaffs.
To charge an unpowered orb it must be taken to the obelisk of the respective element that the player wishes to have the orb charged to, as well as the required runes to charge the orb.
There is an obelisk of air, obelisk of earth, obelisk of water, and an obelisk of fire. The obelisks for earth and air are located in the Wilderness area of the Edgeville Dungeon. The obelisks of fire and water are located deep in the Taverley Dungeon.
