An enchant sapphire or opal tablet is an item that can be used by any player to enchant sapphire or opal jewellery. Players can create this item on any lectern as long as they have 1 cosmic rune, 1 water rune, and 1 soft clay, and at least level 7 Magic.
This tablet can be made regardless of the player's current spell book.
You may only enchant one piece of sapphire jewelry per tablet.
The item will not enchant the Silvthrill rod in the quest In Aid of the Myreque
