The Fairy ring can be planted in the Superior Garden of a player-owned house at level 85 construction and can be used as a place where players can teleport to other fairy rings. Other players can use the ring, provided they have met the requirements to do so. The code to reach this ring is DIQ, which only works if the player has one in their house.
The fairy enchantment required to plant the fairy ring can be purchased from Fairy Fixit's Fairy Enchantment. Doing so requires full completion of Fairytale II - Cure a Queen)
The crystal saw boost cannot be used for constructing this feature, since no saw is required to do so.
