Santiri is a dwarven tradesman. He can be found in his weaponry shop, located north-west of the bank on the western side of Keldagrim. He sells a number of different types of swords and arrows, ranging from steel to rune, as well as maple bows.

In addition to selling weaponry, he features in The Giant Dwarf quest where he gives the player a Dwarven battleaxe for the statue.
