RuneTek is the game engine used for Old School RuneScape. RuneTek 3 is the engine currently used. The previous iteration, 2, is used in RuneScape Classic; the first RuneTek is not in use; RuneTek 4 was the HD update on what is now RS3; RuneTek 7 is currently being used by RS3.
