Fast way[]
This quest can be done in a matter of minutes, you can skip everything and win straight away.
Talk to the dwarf to get a pass.
Get a rod, garlic and red vine worms.
Add the garlic to the pipe and fish only with your worms.
This way you win straight away. (just tested this out myself)
