Tina is a bartender, along with Emily and Kaylee at the Rising Sun Inn in Falador. She can be found on the first floor of the building. She sells three types of ale: dwarven stout, wizard's mind bomb, and asgarnian ale. Like her co-workers, she is a young and cheerful woman, but when players ask for a drink and they don't have the money, she gets angry with them, exclaiming "I said 3 coins! You haven't got 3 coins!"
She tells the player how to turn an Asgarnian ale into an Asgoldian ale, namely by adding a coin to it, for the mountain dwarf part of Recipe for Disaster. She also supplies the Hand of Death Cocktail for Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl required for access to the Barbarian Outpost.

- When players use coins on Tina, she will respond with, "Thanks!" and will only take 1 coin.
